We would be happy to schedule your appointment for your next check up and cleaning, or for a more urgent visit if you're having pain. Please contact our office (660-582-4655) and we'll find a time that works well for you and your schedule.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Gardner Dentistry does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. 

Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
